Changing the way leaders lead is a big idea that was birthed by Jesus Christ over 2000 years ago. He modeled the value of serving rather than being served. Those who lead best serve best. Changing lives while reaching objectives are the common threads of Jesus style leaders. Agents of change, who are motivated to lead like Jesus, move toward their objectives while lovingly caring for the people involved on the journey. Not only are objectives reached and goals met, but lives are also changed
when Jesus’ example of leadership is followed.
C3 has created a forum structure that encourages small group forum meetings throughout the city. Led by forum chairs, these groups provide a safe and honest environment for business leaders to share life’s challenges, compare business experiences and relationally grow in community with others.
The ultimate vision of C3 is to grow until every marketplace in our region is saturated with Spirit led leaders. C3 estimates this will require 500+ forums throughout the Northwest. People often ask, “What does C3 stand for?” We are convinced that Jesus Christ wants to be front and center in our commerce, our community, and our culture.
