Fred is a leader in a faith based community and brings incarnational leadership and community building skills to the Center. Fred seeks to work with leaders through a life process of discovering one's passion and gifts. He has worked for many years in the multiethnic community and is gifted in interpreting cultures and systems. Fred has been a part of several national multiethnic think tanks and brings challenging insight and analysis. Fred has also led and helped many organizations through times of transition and visioning.

Tim is a pastor, speaker, chaplain and urban missionary to the city of Seattle. Tim is currently planting the Seattle Church in Capitol Hill and is Chaplain with the Seattle Sounders FC, and is also deeply involved with Union Gospel Mission and sits on the board of the Belltown Business Association and REST (Real Escape from Sex Trade). Tim is committed to seeing global cities flourish and has a heart to bring the whole gospel of Jesus to the whole city of Seattle. He is active in the city of Seattle working with the Mayor and City Council on special projects for the betterment of Seattle. Previously, he has planted churches in the Belltown and Rainier Valley neighborhoods of Seattle. Tim lives in Seattle with his wife, Brittany, and three girls, Eleanor, Leighton and Kate.

Jon serves as the Executive Director of C3 and as a board member of C3 Leaders. Prior to his work with business leaders, Jon was a founder and President of The Center for Global Urban Leadership, serving leaders by providing learning communities in major cities of the world. Belfast, Vancouver B.C., Hyderabad, Delhi, and Tucson were the targeted cities in 2007 and 2008. From 2000-2006, Jon was instrumental in the development of Bakke Graduate University. The BGU educational program served an international constituency of nearly 300 urban practitioners and numerous international educational partners. During his tenure at Bakke Graduate University, Jon served in a variety of roles including; Academic Dean/Vice President of Academic Affairs, Director of Doctoral Studies, and Professor of Global Urban Studies. Prior to that, Jon led Serve Seattle, an initiative facilitating city leadership consultations, city summits, and city field experiences. In 2006 Jon co-authored Street Signs: A New Look at Urban Ministry, with Dr. Ray Bakke, addressing the work of consulting the city for transformation. Jon is married to Laila, a native of Norway and they have three grown children, Jonathan, Katrina, and Christopher and incredible grandchildren.

Ray is world renowned as a minister and educator who has devoted his life to helping the church love the cities as God loves them. Cities and students all over the world have benefited from his mentoring. Ray is author of Street Signs: A New Direction in Urban Ministry and two urban ministry classics: The Urban Christian and A Theology as Big as the City. He is also author of The Expanded Mission of City Center Churches and A Biblical Word for an Urban World. Ray founded International Urban Associates (IUA) in 1989. IUA animated a network of more than 100 urban-based church and missions leaders in many of the largest cities of the world.

Casey is the CTO for a leading server hardware firm where he architects computer hardware that handles a substantial percentage of the content flowing on the internet every day. Casey brings a wealth of experience both as a pastor and business leader. Casey has years of product development experience in a wide range of markets including paint ball guns, high-end board games, automotive components, industrial machines and high technology hardware. His interests range from collecting prints themed around social justice to growing food and occasionally escaping to the mountains. Casey lives with his family in the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle where you will find him drinking coffee, listening to music or running around Seward Park.
